Recettes

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

– 150g de sucre
– 150g de beurre
– 2kg de pomme golden
– 250g de pâte feuilletée ou brisée

Faites fondre le beurre dans un moule haut, de 24 cm de diamètre, pouvant aller sur le feu et au four. Incorporez le sucre dans le beurre et retirez du feu avant la coloration. Épluchez les pommes et coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la hauteur.

Disposez les pommes en spirale dans le moule et faites cuire à feu doux pendant environ 3h. Étalez le fond de pâte puis déposez-le sur les pommes. Enfournez le moule pendant environ 15 minutes, thermostat 6. Sortez la tarte du four et laissez-la reposer pendant une nuit.

Pour décoller le caramel et démouler la tarte, remettez le moule sur le feu quelques minutes. Retourner délicatement la tarte sur un plat.

Servez accompagné d’une boule de glace à la vanille.
